Pricing questions
What counts as a location?
Each place where you serve customers, usually with its own Google Business Profile. Your plan price applies to each active location.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Every feature is open during the trial, including Pro. Add a card only when you decide to stay.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime, from the Billing page. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
Are there per-text fees?
No. Staff send texts from the shop's own phone, so texting costs nothing extra.
How do payments work?
Monthly card payments in UAE dirhams, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
