Can I ask past clients too?

Is there a limit per agent?
No limit on requests. Starter includes three logins, and Pro includes unlimited.
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes, as long as you ask everyone, honestly, with no rewards. That's exactly how we work: every customer gets the same request, and the private feedback option sits beside the Google button, never instead of it.
Do I need special software or equipment?
No. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Staff can add it to their home screen like an app.
Who sends the texts?
Staff send them from the shop's own phone with one tap, so there's no cost per text. Automatic texting from your own business number is coming to Pro.
